The Bizzare collection is a real exercise in style. The basis of the line is made up of three door models also found in the Classic collection, that have been changed by applying completely different painting and finishing techniques. What unites the Bizzare line is the use of multiple coats of paint to achieve intense colours and glosses. On many of the doors the paint is applied seamlessly to both the surface and the frames, while others, however, make use of more traditional decorations (gold- or silver-leaf for the frames). The entire collection is recognizable by its colour (black, white and, even, purple) that represents the true unifying theme of the line and creates the sometimes shiny and sometimes opaque effects, which are the distinctive features of the collection.
In addition to these colours, details and decorations are hand-crafted ceramic inserts, frames and lacquers made through long processes to embellish a collection that pushes stylistic experimentation towards new solutions, even for SigeGold.
